Not necessarily. The Toolkit is designed to be self-directed. Coaching is for those who want acceleration, accountability, or expert eyes on their specific situation. Many clients start with the Toolkit and add coaching later if needed.
If you complete all weekly checklists and track at least 20 targeted applications in the Pipeline & Opportunity Tracker, and don’t have at least 2 qualified interviews by Week 7, we’ll refund 100% of your Toolkit purchase. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Due to client demand, fit calls are typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks. Once we confirm the right package, your first session can be scheduled shortly after.
