What size of team do you work with?
From small teams to departments. Workshops work best with up to about 20 people per session; larger groups run as several sessions.
How is it priced?
After a discovery call you receive a written proposal with the format, timing and fee. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
Do participants get a certificate?
Yes. Each participant who completes the programme and its practical task receives a Ledger & Compass certificate of completion.
Which tools do you work with?
The ones your organisation already has or permits, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. We recommend new tools only when they clearly earn their cost.
Will you need access to our systems?
Not for training. For a pilot, any access to live systems or data is scoped and agreed in writing first, within your security rules.
